1. What types of workshops do you offer?

We offer a variety of creative workshops, including air dry clay, painting, floral workshops, earrings, beading and more. Our workshops cater to beginners and experienced artists alike, providing a fun and supportive environment to explore your creativity.

2. Do I need any prior experience to attend a workshop?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to seasoned artists. Our instructors will guide you through the process step by step.

3. What is included in the workshop?

Each workshop includes all materials, tools, supplies needed to complete your artistic creation and an instructor to guide you through the process. For mobile workshops guests are required to provide tables a chairs. Please check the specific workshop details for more information.

4. How do I book a workshop?

You can book a workshop through our website by going to the Workshops tab or by contacting us directly via email or by submitting an enquiry via the Contact Us form.

5. Do you offer private or group bookings?

Yes! We offer private workshops for birthdays, team-building events, bridal showers, and more. If you’re interested in a private session, please reach out to discuss availability and pricing or book through our Workshops tab.

6. I don’t have the minimum of 8 guests required for a Private Workshop. Can I still book?

Please reach out to us! We endeavour to make every event a brilliant, memorable experience for everyone and will do everything in our power to make an event work for you.

7. Do you run Public Classes?

Not at this time, as we don’t yet have a studio! However, we are excited to collaborate with businesses, schools, community groups, or anyone with a suitable space to host public classes. If you know of a venue that could work for us, please reach out!

8. Where are the workshops held?

At this stage we only offer mobile workshops where we bring the creative experience to your chosen venue such as a residential location, restaurant, bar, office or community centres.

9. What should I wear to a workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little messy. Aprons are provided for most workshops.

10. Can I take my artwork home after the workshop?

Yes! For all workshops, you’ll be able to take your completed piece home the same day.

11. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans can change! You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the workshop. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a refund or credit. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or reschedules for cancellations made less than 7 days before the session.

If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

12. Do you offer gift vouchers for workshops?

Yes! Gift vouchers are available and make a perfect present for creative friends and family. Contact us or visit our website to purchase.

13. Do you offer School Holiday Classes?

At this time, we do not offer dedicated school holiday classes. However, children aged 6 and over are welcome to attend private workshops with adult supervision. If you have any questions about age suitability, feel free to contact us!

14. Are your workshops suitable for all ages?

Our workshops are primarily designed for adults, but children aged 6 and over are welcome to attend as long as they are supervised and accompanied by an adult. At least one adult is required per two children, and all attendees (both adults and children) must purchase a ticket. Please note that children cannot be left unattended, and it is not the facilitator’s responsibility to supervise them during the workshop.

15. Can children attend workshops?

Yes, children aged 6 and over can attend our workshops, but they must be accompanied by an adult. A ratio of one adult per two children is required, and all participants (adults and children) must have a valid ticket. Our workshops are designed as shared experiences, and it is the responsibility of the attending adult to supervise the child/children throughout the session.

16. Can I bring my own materials?

We provide all necessary materials for each workshop, but if you have a special tool or material you'd like to use, feel free to bring it along! Let us know in advance so we can confirm if it's suitable.

17. Do you offer workshops for corporate events?

Yes! We provide tailored workshops for corporate team-building sessions, workplace wellness programs, and staff events. Contact us to discuss your needs.

18. How long do workshops run for?

Workshop durations vary depending on the type of class. Most sessions run between 1.5 and 3 hours, not including set up and pack up time. Please check the specific workshop details for exact timings.

19. Do you provide refreshments?

No, refreshments are not provided and are the responsibility of the booker and guests. However, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy during the workshop.

1. Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes! We offer shipping across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

At this stage, we primarily ship within Australia. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us, and we’ll see what we can do!

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 7-10 business days. Standard shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Same state: 2–4 business days

  • Interstate: 3–6 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If you require your order sooner, please contact us via email or the Contact Us form and we will see what we can do.

4. What postage service do you use?

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. You can calculate the shipping cost at checkout before finalising your purchase.

6. How will my order be packaged?

  • Small orders (such as earrings) are packed in satchels.

  • Large orders (such as DIY Kits) may be packaged in satchels or boxes, depending on the size and fragility of the items.

7. What are DIY Kits?

DIY Kits are craft kits designed for one person to create an item at home, without the guidance of an instructor or participation in a group class. Each kit includes all the necessary supplies and tools, along with step-by-step instructions and sample pictures to guide you through the process.

8. Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

No, local pickup is not available at this stage.

9. My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking number first. If you need further assistance please contact us via email or submit an enquiry.

10. What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and packaging and contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As all our pieces are handmade, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us.

12. Are custom orders available?

Yes, depending on what you are looking for! Please submit an enquiry, and we can work with you to bring your idea to life.
